Just for reference, here's the E-mail I sent.

To: Abuse@CirtexHosting.com (the web host of the server spamming the board)
subject: DOS attack on forum - 208.53.158.38 (itchy.cirtexhosting.com)

Good evening,

A system at 208.53.158.38 is running a script to deny service to a web forum I use, which can be found here:

http://disc.yourwebapps.com/Indices/199610.html

I ran a reverse DNS on the IP address (which can be found at the bottom of the top block of every post) and came up with the domain itchy.cirtexhosting.com, which I believe belongs to you.

Your TOS clearly declares "malicious scripts" to be illegal, and I think this definitely qualifies.
